Riverwalk is a 200-acre multi-use community located in San Diego’s Mission Valley area. The development will include 4,000 multi-family units, 140,000SF of retail space, 1,000,000SF of office space, transit spaces, and a new large public park. The City of San Diego’s goals for the project are to restore the river and natural environment while fostering a live-work-play neighborhood to boost local economic activity.
